A Lei nº 14.129/2021 e as diretrizes da administração pública digital brasileira

This article intends to analyze the guidelines and objectives of article 3 of Law number 14.129/2021 towards a digital public administration guided by the paradigm of good administration. Therefore, initially, a historical perspective on the development of technology will be approached through the analysis of the phases of the Industrial Revolution, as well as the consequent transformations of society and the State. Then, given the continuous scientific development, the new challenges will be discussed facing the inevitable change in the Administration's performance, adapting to the digital. In this sense, the guidelines and objectives of digital government will be investigated since the new reality imposes a specific legal treatment, but, at the same time, must be in accordance with the principles, constitutional objectives and fundamental rights that support our legal-administrative regime. This is precisely the role given to the provisions of article 3 of Law number 14.129/2021.
