TRANSEXUALIDADE EM PRIVAÇÃO DE LIBERDADE NO BRASIL: MECANISMOS DE PROTEÇÃO EM CELAS ESPECIAIS

This study aims to demonstrate health care for LGBTQIA+ people, as another public policy to be carried out, given the normative body guaranteed in Brazilian determinations. Through a bibliographical review, based on the analysis of books, articles and official government documents, with statistical numbers that quantify the number of LGBT+ prisoners. With a reflection on human rights and the application to the population under observation, circumstances occurring inside and outside cells are discussed, resulting in, in addition to deprivation of liberty, inequality, torture, institutional violence and other prejudices. The intention of contextualization is carried out together with the proposal of preventive monitoring, in the units of the penitentiary system, aiming to implement and be more efficient for public policies, in combating any violence, as well as, training, preparations, the necessary assistance in prisons for the dignified condition of human beings. In peripheral experiences and crime, they are faced with the continued vulnerability suffered, in a penalty of several layers, there are restrictions on essential rights, such as health. In the prison system, preventive monitoring would bring positive results socially, as it would pass on data and movements, taking into account all aspects of sexual and reproductive health, identity rights and sexuality, inside and outside the prison.
