DIREITO.UNB , v. 9, n. 1, 2025
Considering the large number of property crimes, among others, and the social and economic inequality experienced by countless people, both in Brazil and in other parts of the world, the economic theory that deals with criminality suggests that it is necessary to curb this problem, since its result is harmful to society, but it is not seen in the country deepening and recurrence in studies, with due observance of this reality. In this way, from the deductive method, combined with the data analysis technique, the research seeks to discuss the theme and think about the creation, implementation and innovation, well-designed, of public policies and tax incentives, in order to reduce segregation and take greater financial autonomy and access to good education and culture. In this sense, when analyzing the minimum income transfer programs and their impacts, which are significant and positive, it hypothesizes the search for alternatives within taxation for adequate and legal collection, to be allocated to these programs, such as taxation of large fortunes, which generates a drop in crime and also in the possible number of victims of crimes, generating peace and socioeconomic evolution.
