ASPECTOS CONSUMERISTAS RELATIVOS À ENERGIA SOLAR FOTOVOLTAICA

The generation of electricity from solar photovoltaic sources has presented a relevant expansion in the Brazilian scenario in recent years, especially due to the possibility that the consumer units generate the electricity they use, through the Micro and Mini-Distributed Generation of Electricity (MMDGE). From this perspective, the consumption relationship is identified especially for the acquisition and installation of equipment for photovoltaic solar energy generation. In this scenario, before the consumer's vulnerability, it is intended, through the present study, of qualitative approach and exploratory method, with bibliographic and documental research, to verify which rules established by the Consumer Law, to be observed by the suppliers, that deserve attention by the consumers that intend to become micro and mini-generators of distributed energy using photovoltaic solar technology. Among these issues, notably, is the duty of information, the stipulation of contractual warranty and the destination of post-consumption waste. In the end, we conclude that there are aspects of the consumer relationship to be considered specifically in the scope of the acquisition of equipment and respective installation for the generation of photovoltaic solar energy, which this study intends to clarify for consumers and suppliers.
