ACHIEVEMENT JOB SATISFACTION OF MADRASAH ALIYAH TEACHERS IN BANTEN PROVINCE OF INDONESIA
VEREDAS DO DIREITO , v. 23, n. 10, 2026
The study analyzed transformational leadership, madrasah organizational culture, and the work discipline of madrasah principals in relation to teachers' job satisfaction. The study employed a quantitative survey design, using purposive sampling in eight aliyah madrasas in Banten province, Indonesia, and simple random sampling of teachers, yielding 174 respondents. The data collection technique employed a 71-item questionnaire administered via Google Forms. Data analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM. The study found that transformational leadership, organizational culture, and the principal's work discipline positively influence teachers' job satisfaction. These factors collectively enhance motivation, collaboration, and professional commitment. The model is considered relevant for improving the roles of teachers and madrasah leaders in educational settings. This model can serve as a reference for enhancing the roles of teachers and madrasah principals. However, methodological and data limitations in the research limit its applicability. Further research is needed to expand the sample to include urban and rural areas, as well as the public and private sectors.
